Terms of use
The calculators are for guidance only. Results are estimates based on the rates in force for 2026 and must not be used for official or tax decisions.
These terms of use describe what you may use the calculators and the information on this site for. By using the site, you agree to them. Read them at your leisure; they are short and meant to be clear about what you may and may not expect from the results.
Information only
The calculators and texts are intended solely as general information and as a first estimate. They are not tax, legal or financial advice and are no substitute for a calculation by your employer, the Norwegian Tax Administration (Skatteetaten) or an adviser. For decisions that matter, the official information always takes precedence over the result of this site.
Accuracy
The results use the rates in force for 2026, but those have not been through this site's own review and sign-off. The results may therefore differ from your actual payslip, in part because this version deliberately does not yet include certain situations — such as occupational pension, capital income and the commuting allowance. No rights can be derived from the amounts shown.
Liability and changes
We compile the site with care, but cannot guarantee that every result is complete and current. For any damage that might arise from using the results we accept, as far as the law allows, no liability. The content and these terms may be amended; the final version will be published before the official launch.
This is a draft version of the terms. Results are estimates and must not be used for official or tax decisions.
The full content for this page is still in preparation and subject to review.
